Thanks to Metro Honda, I was able to get a good lease for a Honda Accord. They worked with me and my wife to fit our budget, gave us a good deal and I never felt pressured. The numbers that they gave me at the signing were the same as what they quoted before the test drive. I had a previous bad experience with another dealer in which they switched the numbers. So, they were above board and flexible. In addition, I am now able to save on my car insurance because of some of the features of my current car. I was able to pick up the new car just two days after we signed the paperwork. We have been very happy with the new car. More

Like the prior reviewer said, BEWARE! I came to this dealership through a good price quote over the phone and no other local dealer could match it. When I purchased the car, I was made to wait around f dealership through a good price quote over the phone and no other local dealer could match it. When I purchased the car, I was made to wait around for more than three hours, signing papers here and there, but mostly just waiting while the staff went to the back to talk and smoke cigarettes. When they finally had me sign the loan documents, and after hours of being told how good my credit rating and financial standing were, they sold my loan to a third party (instead of American Honda) without first telling me. This loan had a significantly higher rate of interest and because they had already charged my credit card for the $5,000 down payment, I felt stuck. Then they rushed me through the documentation (this was now late and more than an hour after the dealership "closed") and I later discovered that the last contract they had me sign quoted the sticker price, not the agreed-upon purchase price I negotiated with the salesman and which was quoted on all earlier documentation. They refused to do anything about this saying that the last contract was binding. Legally they are right but this is a very predatory sales tactic and all buyers should be on the look out for this. I would definitely not recommend this dealership - go somewhere else where the sales staff is more honest! More
The sales person does not speak good english-at one point he called my wife crazy because she gave him what she thought the price of the car. When we decided not to buy from that place and we walked out we confronted with the supervisor who tried to talk to us and continue the wheeling and dealing tactics. When we went to our car we found it blocked by other car owned by the dealership and we had to go back to make them move it. bad experience in general. More
Beware !! This dealership gets you in by quoting a lower price and claims to better other dealership quotes. What it fails to mention are the unbelievable amount and number of fees that get added on at the price and claims to better other dealership quotes. What it fails to mention are the unbelievable amount and number of fees that get added on at the end. $279 in documentation fees, $198 Window etching fees, Credit processing, online registration...The list goes on...totaling more than $500 !!! they add destination to thier qoute 710!! not included in the quote!! they dont explain why! they use that you dont know to RIP you off Be very careful with siging any paper there without knowledge. WE DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HONEST ..ALL THEY CARE TO LOOK GOOD GET HIGHT SURVEY I would not advise any customers to approach Metro...or if you do, be prepared to be shell a whole lot of money on 'Dealer Fees' !! THEY MAY SEEM NICE FRIENDLY BUT THAT IS TO GET YOU THERE HOWEVER, MONEY WISE WATCH OUT WHAT ARE YOU SIGINING FOR Totally untrustworthy and not reccomendable !! More

We were looking to buy a new Honda Civic and were promised that they will beat or match our other fully documented dealer quote....Since Metro was closer to us...we trusted them and decided to give it a try....The sales person, Dwight, first offered to match the quote...and then started adding all these ridiculous amount of fees, saying that they are all Standard to a contract !! It was a total waste of time !! I would not advise any customers to approach Metro...or if you do, be prepared to be shell a whole lot of money on 'Dealer Fees' !! Metro Honda is the dealership to go to for non-pressured car sales. The sales staff did not pounce on me like other dealerships that I've gone to. Mr. Ruben Morales answered all my questions regarding a Pil car sales. The sales staff did not pounce on me like other dealerships that I've gone to. Mr. Ruben Morales answered all my questions regarding a Pilot that I was interested in. I don't appreciate when the sales staff tries to talk me into a vehicle that I can't afford or don't want.
