I went today at 8 am for oil change, my service code was B16 , that's engine oil change and deferential oil change the the customer service agent he seems new did not know the service code he gave me the pr B16 , that's engine oil change and deferential oil change the the customer service agent he seems new did not know the service code he gave me the price for engine oil change and asked to stay in waiting room then I told him the car need transmission and deferential oil change then he locked for the price and gave me high prices compare to other places , then he charged me double the price I used to pay for engine oil change here in metro honda I told him look at the history of my honda service on your system , he didn't bother to look and just said you have to have a coupon then I asked to see the manager he said he is not here , I called Tracy in the customer service, she said I have to wait for rich the manager he is coming after 10 am , it was around 9 am so I paid the money and left, not happy at all with this visit , Thanks More
