Metro Honda has saved my vacation. When my 2006 Accord stalled out after it was packed for our drive to Florida we called Metro. Thanks to Metro Honda, I was able to get a good lease for a Honda Accord. They worked with me and my wife to fit our budget, gave us a good deal and I never felt pressured. The numbers that they gave me at the signing were the same as what they quoted before the test drive. I had a previous bad experience with another dealer in which they switched the numbers. So, they were above board and flexible. In addition, I am now able to save on my car insurance because of some of the features of my current car. I was able to pick up the new car just two days after we signed the paperwork. We have been very happy with the new car. More

Like the prior reviewer said, BEWARE! I came to this dealership through a good price quote over the phone and no other local dealer could match it. When I purchased the car, I was made to wait around f dealership through a good price quote over the phone and no other local dealer could match it. When I purchased the car, I was made to wait around for more than three hours, signing papers here and there, but mostly just waiting while the staff went to the back to talk and smoke cigarettes. When they finally had me sign the loan documents, and after hours of being told how good my credit rating and financial standing were, they sold my loan to a third party (instead of American Honda) without first telling me. This loan had a significantly higher rate of interest and because they had already charged my credit card for the $5,000 down payment, I felt stuck. Then they rushed me through the documentation (this was now late and more than an hour after the dealership "closed") and I later discovered that the last contract they had me sign quoted the sticker price, not the agreed-upon purchase price I negotiated with the salesman and which was quoted on all earlier documentation. They refused to do anything about this saying that the last contract was binding. Legally they are right but this is a very predatory sales tactic and all buyers should be on the look out for this. I would definitely not recommend this dealership - go somewhere else where the sales staff is more honest! More
The sales person does not speak good english-at one point he called my wife crazy because she gave him what she thought the price of the car. When we decided not to buy from that place and we walked out we confronted with the supervisor who tried to talk to us and continue the wheeling and dealing tactics. When we went to our car we found it blocked by other car owned by the dealership and we had to go back to make them move it. bad experience in general. More
