My wife and I liked dealing with all these guys because they were friendly. Of course it's their job to make a sale, but it really felt like they were trying to work out a deal we were comfortable with tha they were friendly. I went in for a free winter check up of my car because there was a squeeling noise from the front wheel. I knew it was the break pads but shocked to hear it costs 279$ (with free installation) for replaci there was a squeeling noise from the front wheel. The agent, Juan, was exaggerating that they were original Honda pads with life time warranties, blah, blah, blah. When I asked him why the original brake pad with the car did not carry life time warranty, he tried to cover it up saying this was offered by metro honda... I asked him for 5mins and googled on brake pad prices in my iphone and found they were no where close to 279 and told him I would check few other options outside. Then he was trying to tell me that those brake pads would not even last for a week and he was ready to pay $100 as a bet. I walked off. The next day I called their parts selling department and I was told it would cost me 77$ and this was even more shocking. I wanted to talk to the manager and I was told he was busy and he would give me a call later. I even told them that I would write reviews about them on the internet but to no avail. These guys charge ridiculously higher amounts. Dont ever go to MYMETROHONDA, you will only lose your money. I have to tell you this too - I was quoted 2900$ for extended warranty on my car whereas DCH Honda quoted only 1800$. So beware beware. Do you homework before you go to them, so that you dont fall prey to their brainwashing - these selfish idiots. More
Metro Honda is by far the best Honda service dealer in the ny and nj area. The facility is clean, organized and the people know what they are talking about. GREAT EXPERIENCE !!! I recently had the pleasure of dealing with the best salesman I have ever encountered over my many years of leasing vehicles, Mario Calle. He is the salesman everyone looks for wh dealing with the best salesman I have ever encountered over my many years of leasing vehicles, Mario Calle. He is the salesman everyone looks for when walking into a dealership. The knowledge of the vehicle, friedliless and effectivness was incredible. He did everything I would expect out of a saleman and more. Communication was great and when we picked up our vehicle he was standing outside in 20 degrees and snow to make sure we didnt have any questions before we left and helped us with all our settings. The salesmanagers were available to speak to not in a back office where you never see them. Very personal friendly service. Looking foward to returning in 2 years for my next vehicle. Mario made it a point to let us know if there was anything we had a question about after leaving not to hesitate to call him and he would help with anything related to the vehicle. Worst worst worst ... been sitting on my papers for 3 weeks now and car is not delivered. Customer service is the worst. They have no clue about financing details. No idea about details of how to coordin weeks now and car is not delivered. Customer service is the worst. They have no clue about financing details. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Old car had just been totalled and I was looking for a good deal. Carlos crispin was not only extremely friendly but knew the business and was able to ge car had just been totalled and I was looking for a good deal.
