Worst worst worst ... been sitting on my papers for 3 weeks now and car is not delivered. Customer service is the worst. They have no clue about financing details. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Old car had just been totalled and I was looking for a good deal. Carlos crispin was not only extremely friendly but knew the business and was able to ge car had just been totalled and I was looking for a good deal. I purchased my car here over a month ago. First of all the price is too high, compared to other dealers. It just so happen that they are closest to my place that's why I decided to go for it. They messed up with the registration and they're supposed to fix it but 4 weeks later, not even a call or email. I've requested a callback to fix my refund and no one returned any of my calls. Metro Honda provided the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had when I recently purchased a use Honda Accord 2009 LX-P. Each step in the process was handled with superb professionalism and experience I've ever had when I recently purchased a use Honda Accord 2009 LX-P. Each step in the process was handled with superb professionalism and excellent knowledge in a very non-aggressive manor. Jerry, first sat me down and asked what I was looking for in terms of options, model, price range, new versus used, etc. and walked me through all of the various steps while taking his time to explain what was the best avenue to go with considering my current situation. He took his time just to hear me out without pressuring me to do anything I wasn't willing to do. Although the process was not an easy one because of the situation I was in; and at times I felt like I was not going to be able to get an approval for any car new or used for many many years, Jerry was always positive despite the many negative answers given to him at the time. He was very confident, motivated and was always in constant communication with me about the whole situation despite the negative. And boy were there many negatives. He went over and beyond to make sure that the outcome was the best possible outcome for me and that I felt content. Nevertheless he worked very closely with the finance Manager Marcus to push for an approval, without either one ever losing hope that in the end I was going to be a very happy customer. Indeed I have to say that I am more than happy. A few years ago when I went shopping for my first car I walked into Metro Honda as a referral from a friend. I was very pleased then as they helped me find the right car for a first time driver. Six years later I walked in again, and not only was the experience, once again great, but the service and effort to help me was beyond my expectations. Would I recommend Metro Honda and Jerry Melo to my friends, colleagues and relatives? Without a doubt. How would I rate customer service at Metro Honda and Jerry Melo? Well, lets put it this way. On a scale of 1-100%, I would give a 250% rating. I have to add that when I walked in to Metro Honda, I was hoping to see the sales rep that sold me my first Honda as he too was extremely helpful. I learned that he was no longer there and in turn I met Jerry, who was not only as great as the one that sold me the first Honda, but dealt with my situation better than probably anybody else would have, given the circumstances. Before I finally decided to get another Honda, I tried a very popular dealership that offers to get approval to anyone regardless of the situation. I would have to say that I felt like they didn't even wanted to sit down with me and explore all possible avenues and truly made me feel very discourage. However I decided to give it another try at another dealer, which was Metro Honda and as I said before, from the minute I sat down to discuss my situation, I felt not only heard, but also as if I was part of the Metro Honda family because of the way I was treated. Once again, the situation was extremely difficult and negative, however, the extreme work done to make me happy and get the approval needed to meet my needs have left me to once again not just to be happy but Overly jumping with joy. It would be such a joy for all car dealers to be as good as Metro Honda and even better to have employees like Jerry and the rest of the crew. Metro Honda Rocks. More

Car buying is a necessary evil, or so we thought before we met Jerry. In the past, at another dealer, we had a horrible experience buying a car so we went into this sale very apprehensive and guarded. From we met Jerry. From the start, Jerry was willing to let us search to find what we wanted. He introduced himself and then stepped back, we knew the cars we wanted to look at, he pointed us in the right direction and waited until we called him over. It is nice not to be pressured into looking at cars you know you do not want and to take your time to look over the car you pick. The test drive was a fun experience, Jerry kept us laughing and pointed out features in the car to us. We felt no pressure to buy a car right away, he was willing to work with us on prices until we had the number we were looking for. We went in not sure if we would buy the car that night, but we decided, without any pressure, that Metro Honda and that particular car was the right fit. We arrived late and the staff did not leave until we were finished with buying the car and all our questions were answered, this was at 10:30pm (well after closing) and even though it was late, all of the staff was more than accommodating. The finance man explained everything to us perfectly, and then once more because it was late and we wanted to make sure we did not misunderstand anything. Overall this was a great experience, and we highly recommend Jerry to anyone looking at buying a car, he is knowledgeable, down to earth, and funny. He was willing to work with us and if we had a question that he could not answer, he found someone immediately to answer that question. We will look at car buying in the future differently thanks to Jerry. More
We purchased a new Honda Accord at Metro Honda. Everyone was very pleasant to us including the receptionist,Rick Rivero the manager, and Govaia Larcher, financial manager . We would especially like to praise our Sales Consultant, Ruben Morales who was very cordial, welcoming and personable and professional. He showed us all of the car's features twice, and was very pleasant throughout. He informed us of all safety ratings etc. before we made our purchase. Ruben made purchasing our car a very positive experience, and we will definitely recommend Metro Honda to friends and family. More
