I am about to turn 57 years old and have been leasing/buying cars most of my adult life. I have always hated the process for various reasons, the salesmen who is looking to make big bucks becaus leasing/buying cars most of my adult life. I have always hated the process for various reasons, the salesmen who is looking to make big bucks because of your inexperience and the long hours it takes from the time you walk in the dealership and when you drive away are two of the reason that made me less than happy to buy a new car. Well I have to tell you that my experience the other day with leasing a new Honda was by far the BEST experience I have ever had. The salesman Mohammed was personable, very attentive and while he negotiated a great deal, he was very attuned to the customer's needs. I walked into the showrooom at about 4 PM and was driving home at 6:30. That has never happened before. I have been in other dealerships for more than 4 hours just waiting to complete the process. In the past it always seemed as if the dealership knew they had the upper hand and didn't care whether you were inconvenienced - NOT SO AT METRO HONDA!! If you go, please ask for Mohammed, he is the best. Tell him Robert said hello!!! More

This place is amazing, my son was stuck on his way home from scohhl last Sunday, they took him in and got his 2003 Civic running in less than an hour. You always hear nightmare stories of being stuck on the road and being taken advantage of, NOT at Metro they we quick, honest and know their business. I called to make an appointment for my noisy brakes, Henry had me come right in. When I arrived I met Steve who went for a road test with me and had a mechanic check my brakes. Then he brought me to see my car in the air and showed me what had wore out. After 44,200 mile my front brake parts wore out. He gave me a price of $196., did the job and had me out in under 2 hours. Mind you I had no appointment, brakes stop like a new car now, fair price and all around nice people to deal with. More

I intended on buying an LX-P, however this location did not have it in black. I told Emmanual I was going to see what the dealership on Route 3w had. It was not necessary because Emmanual told me the route 3w dealership did in fact have the LX-P in stock in black. He then offered me the SE for a few bucks more than the LX-P in black-exactly what I wanted. Because of his integrity, keeping my interests above all, I went with the SE. Bravo to you all at Honda. Finally, when I got the car home, i noticed a small knick on the passenger side rear door. I called Emmanual immediately, and left him a vcml. I returned to Metro Honda, Jersey City to square up the deal with a cashiers check, and Emmanual let me know Honda would take care of the knick on the door. I couldn't be more satisfied. Also the fact that the General Sales Manager (John Chatzopoulos) remembered me after 3yrs and greeted me when I came into the dealship made me feel like a valued customer. It is because of this great service that I will continue to go back to Honda.
