I was in the market for a new car and I was reffered by a friend of mine who recently purchased from Metro Honda to give a call. I spoke with a guy name Cornelius who was very helpful in getting me the infor friend of mine who recently purchased from Metro Honda to give a call. I spoke with a guy name Cornelius who was very helpful in getting me the information I inquired about and he gave me alot of insight about my possible options on an accord. I scheduled a test drive with him and the rest is history. Now i have a new accord which i love to death and i also gef free lifetime oil and filter changes. The atmosphere in Metro Honda is very friendly environment the entire sales staff is great. Lissandro Santiago one of the managers Who helped me ink the deal made sure I had been satisfied with the level of service they provided before I took the car. Several of my family members and friends will soon be in the market as well I will make sure they consider Metro Honda before any other. -- -Metro Honda customer for life- More
Had a 2 hour wait on an oil change with an appointment made. Then they wonder why i get my maintenance done at local auto bodies instead of bringing my car in for servicing at the dealership. Perhaps the made. Then they wonder why i get my maintenance done at local auto bodies instead of bringing my car in for servicing at the dealership. Perhaps the employees should work on getting the cars out the door instead of parading around the cafe for the free bagels and coffee left out for the customers. Upon completion of the servicing, I approached the checkout where I was assisted by another employee who was blatantly playing with her blackberry as she rang me up. This place is a joke, get your servicing done elsewhere. More
I purchased a 2011 Honda CR-V from Metro Honda in Jersey City back in September 2011. The phone reps I spoke with were very patient and did a great job convincing me to come in to the dealership. I purchase City back in September 2011. The phone reps I spoke with were very patient and did a great job convincing me to come in to the dealership. I purchased from Jovan who was such a delight to work with. He was a very personable guy and took his time to answer all of my questions and review my options. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends anytime. More
My sister recommended for me to go to Metro Honda, when I was up on my lease. I thought... I really do not want to drive to Jersey City!!! I rather just go to my local dealership and take of the lease here. was up on my lease. I thought... I really do not want to drive to Jersey City!!! I rather just go to my local dealership and take of the lease here. But she insisted that Metro Honda's service was great, so I called to see if I can at least get a taste of it over the phone. We all know how pushy salespeople could be over the phone so I figured if I call I am sure I will get turned off. I was doing everything not to go. I called Internet Sales, Luz the sales person who picked up answered and I told her what I wanted. In a matter of 5 minutes she told me what my options were, gave me pricing and INVITED me to come down. At no point did it sound like she was a salesperson, so welcoming and helpful. So I made an appointment came down and met with her floor partner Mrs. Knox. Ladies and Gentleman it was the most easiest hassle-free lease return I have ever Done!!!! Luz, Knox and her manger Lisandro were So good! They treated me like the new me for years, as if I was a previous customer. Treated me to coffee as soon as I walked in and I was in and out in a matter of an hour and a half. That is a deal breaker, the last time I did a lease return I was in a dealership for five hours! I will definitely come here again, and I apologized to my sister. She was so right about coming here, so if you are debating whether or not to come here... Do not think twice. The price they promise you over the phone, from the customer service and how your treated there is absolutely priceless! Good Luck in your car shopping... Love my new Accord :] More

"Why are you going all the way down to JErsey City for your new car?", asked my neighbor in the upper Hudson Valley of NY. Here is what I told her: My business relationship relationship with Me City for your new car?", asked my neighbor in the upper Hudson Valley of NY. Here is what I told her: My business relationship relationship with Metro Honda began when I lived a lot closer. Since then, I have purchased/leased four cars through them. Not only do they recognize and reward return customers. They were straightforward with their numbers and offered me an incredible deal on my new Pilot that no other dealers could match or beat. Because I live just over an hour away a lot of the finance work and minute details were handled over the phone. This really was above and beyond. When I arrived to pick up my car, the dealer went over all the features of the car, showed me how to use the DVD player (priority...5.5 year old twins...), had a tank full of gas (for the long ride home) and wanted to know if I needed some coffee. Additionally, I feel it is important to note that as woman...and I never felt that they were talking down to me or thought they could pull a fast one. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND METRO HONDA. More
If I hate doing anything in life it's shopping for a new car. I went to a few dealers to see what I liked and I decided on the Honda CRV. For once in my life I actually enjoyed my experience at a dealership car. I went to a few dealers to see what I liked and I decided on the Honda CRV. For once in my life I actually enjoyed my experience at a dealership. Not only did I get the best deal at Metro Honda I had a fun time. Govaia knew his stuff. You could tell the difference from one dealer to the next. The manager John was a comedian. He helped me pick a color but at the same time had my husband and I rolling. Then we met with Marcus who was a great guy. Overall it was great! I'm so happy I ended up there. More
Metro Honda proved that there is no such thing as loyalty to repeat customers. Worse yet, the salesman used the term “desperate” in describing my need for a new vehicle, which seemed to have justified, in hi to repeat customers. Worse yet, the salesman used the term “desperate” in describing my need for a new vehicle, which seemed to have justified, in his and his finance manager’s mind, the usurious terms offered to me. Despite having leased my last two vehicles at Metro Honda, I was “shown the door” in an extremely dishonest and manipulative way. I wasted two days in visiting Metro and providing information that seemed to be more than necessary, and whose salesperson, Sam, kept telling me the he was “doing everything he could” to secure a new lease/vehicle with Metro. Sam was very friendly during my first visit, pretending to be interested about my work and family. However, he was a different person when I returned to try and finalize a new lease. Sam forgot much of what we spoke of during our first visit, and pretended that he did not understand many of the facts I presented to him. He insisted that I go through the motions of test driving a new vehicle, because “Mr. Honda want us to do it.” After another employee went through the motions of “appraising” my vehicle, which is in very good condition and has low mileage on it, Sam returned to tell me that a new lease/vehicle was “out of the question,” but his finance manager was “kind enough to offer me another deal.” He offered me a different, “dealer-used” model, the loan terms of which were outrageously bad. When I asked Sam about purchasing my currently-leased model, which he never even suggested as an alternative, Sam came back with loan terms that were more outrageous (6 year loan!) and usurious. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with an auto dealer. More
I bought a new car from them. I went with wife and 2 kids, they kept me there for 5 hours, and the end accounting guy was pushing for warranty plan which he offered for $2400 first then droped it $800. W kids, they kept me there for 5 hours, and the end accounting guy was pushing for warranty plan which he offered for $2400 first then droped it $800. With credit score 800+ account guy offer 6.5% financing. One year later I've got 1 year inspection stiker in mail, so when i was putting it on car, i realize that i dont have original stiker. Then never put it on. I went back, they told me to go police to file police report that I lost stiker. I told them that im not going anywhere and i didnt loose nothing and i will make them to pay for tickets to driving without sticker. Stay away. More
