I was tired of going from dealer to dealer, until i went into Metro Honda and was assisted by Albie Rivera. My credit is not that good but Albie was able to explain to me in detail what i could afford based into Metro Honda and was assisted by Albie Rivera. I left my portable GPS in the car for service dropoff. Picked up the car the next day, the GPS was not there. The guy said to call the next day to see if they have it. If i'm giving them a $30k car to service with all expensive parts and all, why should I have to worry about a 200 dollar GPS device? My stupidity and forgetfulness but they employ people who are not trust worthy.... The service center people are neither helpful or concerned about this issue.... which i feel is what a customer service is all about. I purchased my car from them 5 years back and have serviced it many times. I will not go back to them again. More
