Dear Customer.. First I would like to apologize for the WIFI blocks. The WIFI blocks are in place to protect our computers from Viruses and Spyware.. I hope you can understand with over 2,500 people visiting Metro Honda monthly, we leave ourselves open to those dangers along with others. We have endured these types of issues in the past, which lead us to WIFI blocks. Please know these blocks are NOT in place to prevent customers from reviewing our dealership. In fact we welcome honest feedback. I met with my staff after reading your review. Unfortunetely we agreed that WIFI blocks will still remain, but we relieved some of the sites you mentioned. We also have created a "Customer Password" which we will give to customers upon request. Also you mentioned that you felt trapped here while your vehicle was being repaired. Please note we have a fleet of Loaner Vehicles and a Shuttle Service that's available. In the future, please request one with your appointment. We would be more then happy to reserve one for you..
