First of all, I paid a deposit and when I came back the next day to pick up the car, I noticed scratches on the car that were not there the day before. The dealership kept insisting the scratches were there. I had someone else with me as well and they didn't remember the new very noticeable scratches. Secondly, as part of the sales I was supposed to get 4 new tires and new brakes/rotors installed. When I went to drive the car home, I quickly inspected and noticed they didn't change 2 tires. They pretended like it was a mistake and said ok we will place order and it's been 3 weeks and even after repeated calls to the dealer, I still do not have the tires which they say are "back-ordered". It's been 3 weeks and I call them once a week to see the status. Parts/Service director never returned my phone call and 2 messages, the GM never returned my call even when I mentioned taking legal action. Bad service, no follow-up. Seem to forget you after you buy the car. Leaving pre-recorded voice mails on your cell is not going to fool anyone. More

Visit after visit, I walked away dissappointed in the correspondence I had with the Salesperson handling my visit. Being a woman, many of them made me question whether the purchase was a fair one. Then Christopher Pena ensured my husband, who was assisting me at this point, that I would be taken care of at Metro Honda. My response was, "That's what the last ten dealerships said!" I went anyway with the mindset that I could always walk out if things didn't sound quite right. Needless to say, Metro did what they promised they would do and I walked out of Metro with keys to my new car and a big smile on my face. Zeeshan is the reason why I felt extremely comfortable purchasing my new Honda CRV at Metro. His professionalism, patience, and care to detail ensured me that he wanted me to be happy with making the purchase. He explained every feature on the car before I signed and answered all of my questions, despite the degree of importance. He also stayed calm when I read, reread, then questioned every detail on every form he put in front of me. In addition, he made sure to check that every detail in my car was set to my liking. I am a 61 year old female who has never purchased a new car before. However, 2 months ago I decided it was time for me to buy a new car for myself. I researched on the internet, compared prices and even car before. However, 2 months ago I decided it was time for me to buy a new car for myself. I researched on the internet, compared prices and even visited dealerships. I feel it necessary to mention that I am the type of person who likes to look and shop without being pressured by sales people. I visited at least 20 car dealers, explained to each salesperson that I would like to view their inventory and if I had any questions, I would go back an ask them. However, for whatever reason I was followed around the lot, by a salesperson at each and every dealership I visited. Not the case at Metro Honda, in Jersey City on Route 440. I was greeted by Jovan Wickliffe, advised nhim that I would prefer to look at the inventory by myself and if I had any questions I would ask him. Finally, a salesperson who respected the customer. I could not believe it. I knew immediately, that he was a professional. In summary, I did purchase a 2012 Honda Civic and only dealt with Jovan. He was available to me, even by phone to answer any question or concern I had before I made the decision to purchase the car. I believe he puts the customer first and that is why I finalized my purchase with him. He is truly an asset to the sales tea at Metro Honda! More
I went in hoping that I could finally get a better car than my real old one. I was expecting to buy the cheapest used car on the lot. Instead I was able to leave with a 2012 Accord and a very reasonable than my real old one. I was expecting to buy the cheapest used car on the lot.
