ALbie Rivera is not just a salesman, he made sure to meet my expectations before his own and didn't let me settle for anything. He made sure I was able to purchase the exact Honda Civic that I wanted, in the my expectations before his own and didn't let me settle for anything. He made sure I was able to purchase the exact Honda Civic that I wanted, in the color I desired and with the accessories I needed it to have. I was extremely pleased with the entire process from the beginning until the end. Mr. Rivera conducted himself as a professional, but at the same time he made us feel extremely comfortable with his service. He took his time to find me the vehicle I wanted with the long list of necessities I required and not only that, but also took his time to show me how the features worked i.e. the touch screen navigation system and assisted connecting my cell phone to the bluetooth handsfree device. As we waited for the paperwork to be processed, we were offered beverages, which was sweet. Mr. Rivera was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I am thankful for having him assist both my uncle and I whereas, I left extremely happy with an all white 2012 Honda Civic EX-L. He was more than honest with us throughout the entire process and worked ABOVE and beyond to correct and make a couple roadblocks correct. He knew we had traveled a long distance to go to Metro Honda and he wanted to do all that he could to make this experience a worthwhile one! I visited this dealer 3 times. The first time was a year ago to purchase anew Honda: I was there for 45 minutes and no one came to help me. I went there again last week after taking an appointment to see a pre owned vehicle, the customer service agent emphasized that I should be there at 2:15. I was there on time but the car wasn't ready. They told me to come next day. 2 days past and I we allied again and scheduled an appointment . I was there on time but the car wasn't ready yet. He should me the car before it was even cleaned and told me if I want to put money down on it. I told him I need to test drive the car first, he thought that was a legitimate request and told me to come back in an hour. I don't know whst kind of customer service this place provide! They make you feel you are there to take money not to pay them thousands for a car. More
