I have been using Metro Honda Service for 2 years with my 2010 Accord,service has been great. Now there are all new peope who don't care about service. I pulled in on Tuesday AM and stood there like a jerk for 15 min before anyone helped me? Poor attitude and uncaring. They are convenient and have good hours but the people now just don't care. The mechanics are fine the service management people who wright up the billing seem unhappy, grumpy and uncaring. More
Metro was great! The first thing I noticed in the dealership was all the smiling faces, staff and customers. We were looking for a CRV to replace our pathfinder. Have a small family and we are into outdoor recreation, beach, skiing, etc. Drove the CRV and liked it. They had a sale but after our Kerry asked us a bit about our lifestyle and why a CRV. She recommended we drive the Crosstour too. AWD, V6, lots of room/hatchback. A great all around vehicle, classy, quiet and comfortable. Perfect for us and she explained the $2,500 dealer cash and great .9% 60 month financing that was available. It was a no brianer. They located a black with black leather for us in a day and even offered to deliver the car to us. We love the vehicle and got a tremendous deal. Overall a great experience! More

I went to the dealership to buy a new CR-V and trade in my 2007 accord. Andre Butler was very friendly since the time we met and very knowledgeable about the cars. He has a good understanding of each model and the differences and wanted to make sure I will be satisfied with my purchase, buy what I really needed and what I wanted. I wasn't to sure about which color to pick for the new car and Andre showed me a every color available that he had in stock. When I was at the dealer the first day it was night time and couldn't really see the colors too well. He told me he will drive every car if needed to the front under the stadium lights so I can see the color and make sure it was one that I like!!! That is some great customer service skills!!!. This kind of service is very rare and I was very surprise and satisfy with his willingness to make sure I will pick the right color. We decided to go on the morning another day so he won't drive all the cars back and forth. When it came time to make the deal, him and his manager Jason Brown didn't seem to have any problem with giving us a great deal for both the car and the trade in. The only part that I didn't like and wasn't too satisfy with was the financial department. They decided to take other people that came after us and made us wait for over 1 hours!!! Maybe because Andre is a new employee at the dealer and the financial department decided to make him and his customer wait???? So, we spent well close to 1.5 hours just waiting for the financial guy. Once everything was done Andre took his time and showed us all the features of our new car to make sure we knew how everything worked. !!!WELL DONE ANDRE!!! More

I recently got into a car accident and I needed car asap. The right side of my Camry was banged up bad and I wasn't even able to open the doors on the right side. I work pretty far from Bayonne.
