Went into Metro Honda not expecting much, but found something I was very interested in pretty quickly. Henry Ong was attentive and listened to my requests, and allowed me to test drive a few cars. I bought a 2012 Civic and love it! The only complaints I could have is that it was a very long process, but what can you expect when youre buying such an important thing? I started going to Metro Honda to get service on my Civic since they are convieniently open on Sunday which is rare for Jersey. That's how I meet Dayan. I had a horrible experience with Metro Honda 3 years ago and just wanted to finish my lease and never do business with them again. She addressed all of my questions and concerns. Never was there a feeling of that salesperson pressure to buy a car. She took her time with me. In addition, the floor manager Giovanni Sanchez was equally as professional and really interested in my getting quality service. I will return to Metro Honda as long as they are employed there. In fact I have been a loyal Honda customer for at least 15 or more years. This buying experience was the best.
