I had a horrible experience with Metro Honda 3 years ago and just wanted to finish my lease and never do business with them again. She addressed all of my questions and concerns. Never was there a feeling of that salesperson pressure to buy a car. She took her time with me. In addition, the floor manager Giovanni Sanchez was equally as professional and really interested in my getting quality service. I will return to Metro Honda as long as they are employed there. In fact I have been a loyal Honda customer for at least 15 or more years. This buying experience was the best. I returned to Metro Honda in Jersey City, NJ to trade-in my Mercedes Benz and get a Honda Accord. I knew what I wanted. Mike Brooks met me at the door.
