I found a great used truck, they called to set up appointment. Drove 6 hours just for them to tell me that the truck was sold the day before. I purchased my new 2013 Honda Odyssey on Jun 1st at the Metro Honda. My salesperson was Roy Small. Anyway, we bought the Honda Odessey for $32,797.06 and we paid $5,000 cash for down payment. However, Lou (Louis) who is the financial guy didn't his job well(He admit that he made mistake, and said sorry), so we got our car plate after 30 days which the temporary car plate has expired. Because of that we went to Metro honda for several times. Anyway that is understandable 3 weeks ago, I got my first bill from the Honda Finance dept. and it says my total payoff amount is $41,436.92. It's supposed be $27,797.06. ($32,797.06 - $5,000 my downpayment) So, I complained to Lou since mid July, and because of this my wife and I went to Metro Honda several times again. Lou said that he didn't put $5,000 and he said that he never received money even though he counted $5,000 every single dollars at that time, and gave us the receipt. Anyway, we complained many times, and went there to talk with Lou, called him several times, but it's is not fix, yet since Mid July, and while he didn't fix the issue, I got 2nd bill statement from Honda finance dept, and it said it impact to my credit. Also, I have got a call many times from Honda Finance dept. IF YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT IS IMPACTED, BUY A CAR HERE! When I deal with the Metro Honda and bought the new car, I liked their customer services, but now I'm so dissapointed in their service and I feel like they don't care after deal is done. More

I contacted John as he was recommended by a friend of mine. I must say John went above and beyond. He certainly made my experience a positive one. There’s always that fear when walking into a dealership and wonder how bad am I going to get screw. Obviously a good buyer must do some homework but I feel I got a great deal. From the beginning, the communication via phone and email was great. All my questions were answered. Never felt the pressure to buy now or you must come in attitude a lot of salesman have. I contacted a few dealerships in my area and that’s the attitude I got most of the time. Not John, from inventory to Honda incentives questions, all were answered. Even after the sale was final, I still get follow up emails. I had some accessories that were not available the day I received the car, John kept me up to date on the availability. He personally made the service appointment to have my cross bars and floor mats install. You want a great experience when buying or leasing a car?
