I originally was not interested in Honda but I do trust the reliability of Honda from having 2 accords previously. I started my search at 3 other dealers in the area and really just had bad experiences ra the reliability of Honda from having 2 accords previously. I came in to Metro Honda to just look around and was greeted by Govaia after about 5 minutes of looking around. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. I told him what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to be in. He was very accommodating and after an hour or so of negotiations & a test drive of a 2013 Honda Accord I was sold and satisfied. The free oil changes didn't hurt either. I highly recommend this dealership and Govaia if you are in the market. More

The finance department was also very courteous and straight to the point. I believe we met Marcus Rivera, which was also a very pleasant experience. We did not feel in any way that we were being taken advantage of as so many people often feel when they go car shopping. I would highly recommend Metro Honda in Jersey City and should I need a car in the future I would definitely go there before I make any final decision. More

A fine example of a sales professional, Henry walked me through the process painlessly – showed me current inventory selection, went out in the lot to see the top of the line 2014 CRVs, he pointed out all car features during and after the test drive, sat down to work on available financing and lease options, offered me the best possible trade-in deal for my old CRV, and after a friendly haggle, Mr. Ong setup a nice package that accommodated my exact needs. It was past noon by then, I got surprised when pizza was brought in for lunch on Henry’s desk by no less than the GM Vladimir – only in MyMetroHonda! After Scott of Finance quickly took care of my paperwork, I was all set to drive out on my new 2014 Honda CRV EX-L. Everything was pleasant from start to finish. I had my eyes on a Honda Civic for a while now. I started searching for the same over the last 2 weeks. Went to 3 other Honda dealers and finally reached MyMetroHonda (NJ). The courtesy and professionalism shown by folks here was incomparable to other dealers (even though they also were Honda dealers). I finally chose a 2012 Honda Civic and closed the deal with MyMetroHonda. The GM Vladimir and the Sales Officer Henry Ong where very professional giving us all the information we would need and they were willing to negotiate on the price quoted by them. I am glad I went to Metro Honda all the way from Connecticut even though there were Honda dealers there. I would definetely recommend going to MyMetroHonda. My best wishes to My Metro Honda. More
