My experience at Metro Honda was spectacular! I purchased a 2013 Honda Civic on Saturday, Sept 14th. I had to return to the dealer on Tuesday, Sept 17th because my brakes were making noise. To my luck, when a 2013 Honda Civic on Saturday, Sept 14th. I had to return to the dealer on Tuesday, Sept 17th because my brakes were making noise. To my luck, when the car was driven by the service dept, it was not making any noise. On Friday, Sept 20th, I had to return to the dealer for the same reason. I spoke to Marty Tan, my sales consultant, and explained the problem. He brought me over to the service dept where the car was driven around and this time, the noise was heard. Service dept took the car in and fixed the problem. Unfortunately, when I drove the car around the following morning, the noise was back. I went straight to Metro Honda and once again spoke to Marty. He was definitely concerned and again brought me over to the service dept where I spoke to George and Dayan. They were all extremely helpful and did their absolute best to try to solve the issue. The biggest problem was that the car was not making any noise while we were there. Marty had Diego, a member from the service dept, come in and take a look at the vehicle. He did explain that there was no danger in driving the vehicle but definitely understood my frustration. After all this unfortunate problem that occurred, John Chatzopolous stepped in and agreed that it was an inconvenience to have to keep coming back for the noise. He completely understood the frustration and decided that giving me a new car would be best. To make all this even better, I was given a blue Civic (my first color option but the color was not available at the time of purchase). After the great news, I passed onto Albie Rivera, a sales consultant, (Marty Tan was not in) whom was able to get me in and out of the dealer quick. Along with Madison, Scott and John's help. Metro Honda has definitely helped one of my dreams come true. They were all extremely helpful and I am beyond pleased with their service. I look forward to continue making business with Metro Honda and would most definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Our car was seriously damaged during the oil change, and nobody told us that. When we drove the car back home, we noticed the strange sound. We don't use the car often, so we took it to the mechanic today, nobody told us that. When we drove the car back home, we noticed the strange sound. We don't use the car often, so we took it to the mechanic today, one week after the oil change. The mechanic said that the damage like that can happen after the car is severely racked. He said that it was possible that it was damaged during the oil change. When we brought the car to Metro Honda, it was fine, just needed oil, in the notes that we received from Metro Honda, the damage wasn't there. But when we picked up the car, it was definitely having problems and making noises. We're 100% sure, that during the oil change the car was damaged. Now it's not in the working condition. Since we didn't go right back to the dealer after the oil change because we didn't have time, now we can't prove that they caused the damage. I'm not saying they did it on purpose, but they could have at least admitted it, since there is no way they didn't notice it. We're never going back to this place, and will warn all our friends about it. More
i got a leased car and they sales person was calling me like 3 times a day to get this deal done. he tried to get all the paper like ss card and green card, pay stubs, everything. then after he collected w like 3 times a day to get this deal done. he tried to get all the paper like ss card and green card, pay stubs, everything. then after he collected what he needs, he ignored my calls completely. i tried to call and leave a msg because i wanted to know if everything was going smooth with the dmv, but he didnt reply. Then i received a mail stating that i need to call my sales person because my papers werent complete. so, I called him like 3 times then he called me saying that my papers are cool and nothing to worry about. my temporary plate was going to expire aug 22. I called him on for a week to see if my plate was ready and he eventually respond to my called on aug 19. he told me that i will get the plate before aug 22. i didnt receive any called from him or the dmv departments and i lift tons of msg and voice mails. so i went to the metro honda location after work on aug 22 trying to figure out a solution and all what they have to tell me is that they are SORRY but they have nothing to do ( after a month they are telling me that). so i went to rent a car and i gave them the invoice and tell now i didnt receive my money yet. honestly i didnt expect this kind of attitude or lake of work ethics like this dealer. i was surprised that they are telling me if i would recommend METRO HONDA to someone else !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xxxx NOO More
