I've been a loyal customer since the Bob C days now 5 cars later i still have nothing but good things to say about these guys Dee aka Dayan never leaves me feeling like ive been over charged for a service.He takes thee time to explain what needs to be done the first time.And Garfield never makes me come back with the same problem.Garfield always fixes the problem the first time in a timley fashion. I drove an hour from my home in Phillipsburg, NJ and it was well worth it. Mike was laid back (yet professional) throughout the process and he never made me feel pressured. This go around, again, I stayed wi In March 2014, my search for a Honda CR-V began. My last car buying experience was in 2002 - a 1999 Acura CL 3.0. This go around, again, I stayed with the Honda brand. When it came to the year, make, model, milage and price, I'd done my homework. I knew what I was looking for and equally as important, I knew what I could afford to spend on monthly payments. I started my search in Northern NJ (where I live); i also checked online. Before going to Metro Honda, I visited 2 Honda dealerships; one which was closer to where I lived and the other was one that bragged being the 4th biggest Honda dealership in the country. I was not impressed, simply for the fact that the sales associate at that dealership was pushy and not a very good listener. At the other dealership, I found the sales associate to be very nice, patient and a good listener, but not willing to be flexible when it came down to negotiating a price. Upon discovering Metro Honda, here is where I found my latest car buying experience to be much more pallatable. I have no problem giving praise to the sales and financing staff at Metro Honda. When my wife and I walked into the dealership, we were pleasantly surprised: unlike the 4th biggest Honda dealership in the country, the staff we met at Metro Honda was friendly, not phony or pushy, down-to-earth, not arrogant. Senior Sales consultant, Ronnie Manual was super!!! He listened as I described the car that I wanted, he was honest about the inventory and he made sure that the certified vehicle I took home met the 150 Point Inspection Checklist. Ronnie was knowledgeable about the CR-V, he was also patient when answering questions and explaining details about the CR-V. Ronnie was willing to come closest to the book value and did a great job working out an appropriate price on the 2011 CR-V EX that I happily drove home in June 2014. The best dealership hands down!! Ask for Albie! I was in the market for a Honda Accord, and heard a radio advertisement for a great incentive that couldn't be passed up. I inquired online for more i I was in the market for a Honda Accord, and heard a radio advertisement for a great incentive that couldn't be passed up. I inquired online for more information, and within a half an hour I received a very friendly call from Emily. She answered a few questions I had, and gathered some important information from me, and set up an appointment to come in. I live about an hour away, so it was a bit of a drive but ended up being well worth it. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door by Gloria who was friendly and extremely eager to help. We sat down with Albie Rivera and he took his time discussing my different options, gathering information and asking what I was interested in, and then checking to see what he had available. My first color preference was white, which they did not have on the lot, but he was very quick to offer that I would still be able to get it in a timely manner. We went on a great test drive, a long road that had straight always, traffic lights, and sharp curves. This was perfect to get a feel for how the car handles, steers, accelerates, brakes, ect. We felt we had a great understanding of the car and how it drove so decided to sit down and crunch some numbers. What I liked most about Albie, is that he is a VERY relaxed, laid back kind of guy. Not aggressive or pushy by any means. At one point he made a comment saying "As long as you're happy, I’m happy" which I thought that was very gracious, it meant a lot. He initiated the conversation by saying he will NOT run my credit until we had a good deal on the table. I appreciated this due to poor experiences at other dealerships running my credit and no deal. At no point did I feel intimidated or pressured what so ever. The negotiating only took a few minutes, after a little back and forth we came to an agreed price that I was very happy with. The sales manager, Giovanny Sanchez personally came out to talk over some numbers with us as well as answer any additional questions we may have had. After the logistics of insurance paperwork and signing my life away, we were off to the Finance manager’s office! Giovia Latcher was very friendly and the process was quick, had us in and out within 10 minutes. At this point Albie had a few other things on his hands, but still took the time to come outside and show me the ins and out of my new car. He explained in detail all of the climate controls, radio functions and phone sync options. I drove off the lot in my brand new Accord within just a few hours of walking through the door! I was so very impressed by the entire staff, you really feel like you’re being taken care of by family. Albie was so accommodating, answering everything as we went along, straight and to the point. It was very reassuring to see how organized and concise the process and paperwork he was putting together. There were other sales people checking in on us, offering refreshments and helping out with paperwork as well. In between waiting there was a lot of joking around within the showroom, it was overall a very light, friendly, environment. I was impressed by the functionality of the dealership, as everyone works together as a team. Definitely was worth the drive here! Come in and request to see Albie, he’ll take good care of you and you’ll walk out happy! More

I was a bit nervous and confused as to which vehicle to purchase (other options were Nissan and Hyundai) and he made my choice easy. He didn't push me, hound me, nor did he make me feel like I was just another number. He worked with me for a price that I was comfortable with, welcomed me to the 21st century of a computerized car (I traded a 2005 vehicle, how so much has changed lol), and helped me navigate my new vehicle. He didn't forget me after the contract was signed either, he called me the next day to make sure my car and I were well acquainted :) Now that's customer service!!! More
