Scratched my car I had the most miserable experience at this dealership. My experience might be one off but I feel it should be voiced. The representative was cold, un I had the most miserable experience at this dealership. My experience might be one off but I feel it should be voiced. The representative was cold, unfriendly and unprofessional. I went to get an issue checked out. The mechanic drove the car around for 15 mins and assured me all was well and there was nothing wrong. As I was about to leave, I noticed a nasty scratch on the front bumper and I am confident that it was not there when I brought the car in. I brought it to the attention of the representative, he called the mechanic and both of them denied it claiming that it was an old scratch. There was enough circumstantial evidence against the mechanic since he was driving the car around for 15 mins but in the end it was their word against mine and I pretty much could not do anything about it. I left the dealership bitter and angry. I make a good living in the city and am not the kind of person who schemes to rip off a car dealership. But such LACK OF HONESTY and LACK OF INTEGRITY is appalling and UNBECOMING OF A HONDA DEALERSHIP. Though I have never had any positive experiences at car dealerships or mechanic shops, this was a new low. I am currently thinking of writing to Honda about my experience. The car was pretty much new and in mint condition before they ruined it. More
Very poor. I was lied to from the beginning. I thought I was getting a good deal. I traded in a 2005 Accord. I had 4 payments left. The salesman Bill C. who is n I was lied to from the beginning. I thought I was getting a good deal. I traded in a 2005 Accord. I had 4 payments left. The salesman Bill C. who is no longer there said he would pay those and my first payment. I found out after I bought the car, he took the money from my trade-in. I'm paying 275 for a lease with a trad-in. What a ripoff. Also, the service manager told me if I don't get the 15,00 mile checkup, my free oil change coupon is no good. This was never explained to me and it is not written anywhere in my lease. If I don't continue with my free oil changes at 15,000 miles, I will go to Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau. I only got 4500 for my car. My son called and got me an extra 500.00 They wer only giving me 4000. I even spoke to sales manager Jason Brown about this. All he could say was that's the policy. I told him I guess you like to lose customers. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership and they will know how I got ripped off. I will never buy a car here again!!!! More
CROOKS!!!! I went into Metro Honda today inquiring about leasing a 2014 Pilot. Sales woman said she had some in stock and brought one for me to test drive. Howev I went into Metro Honda today inquiring about leasing a 2014 Pilot. Sales woman said she had some in stock and brought one for me to test drive. However, it was a 2015. When I questioned this, she said she no longer had any 2014 Pilots available after initially confirming that she did. I was a little annoyed but decided that since I test drove the car and liked it I would try to lease it anyway. I was planning on trading in my current vehicle until I was low blowed by not only the sales woman but by the floor manager as well. I was offered 3 grand less than what I knew I could get for it. And on top of that, they tried to get another 3 grand out of me for a down payment. When I called their bluff they got nasty. So happy that Metro Honda was so incredibly rude and full of B.S because it made my drive right over to Planet Honda on route 22 in Union where I not only received EXCEPTIONAL service but also received more than what I was asking for my car. Don't waste your time at Metro. More
