From the beginning Nick Redondo was kind and helped me find the vehicle that fit my needs, style and most importantly my budget. At first I thought the car buying experience would be a hassle, with people looking to take advantage of a young buyer, but this was not the case at all at Metro. The staff there genuinely want to see you in a vehicle that is best for you. I visited several other dealerships, some close and others far, gathering prices and brought them back to Nick and the staff and they offered me a price WAAAYYYY below what other dealerships were looking for. After finding the perfect car, they also put me in contact with an insurance company that offered me an AMAZING price for a driver my age and in my location. I would recommend that everyone visit Metro if they are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

A Kind and Helpful dealer Just this past Friday, I went to Metro Honda and talked to one of their dealers, Mr. Henry Ong. I asked him if they still have these great Honda Civi Just this past Friday, I went to Metro Honda and talked to one of their dealers, Mr. Henry Ong. I asked him if they still have these great Honda Civic Sedan LX Auto and if he could help me get a great deal. I submit that I have no education about purchasing a vehicle and insuring a brand new car but Mr. Ong decided to coach me and taught me some few sentences that greatly decreased the amount of my car insurance. I had doubts at first but luckily I got the car and its price to the lowest that I wanted to pay monthly including the insurance. Terrible Metro Honda, About a week ago I called your dealership asking for a quote on a Honda Odyssey. I have been leasing Hondas for over 10 years and thoug Metro Honda, About a week ago I called your dealership asking for a quote on a Honda Odyssey. I have been leasing Hondas for over 10 years and thought I would call your dealership. After speaking to your dealership and getting a quote over the phone I thought I would come in to purchase another Honda. When I got off the phone the numbers fit my budget and thought at that point I would come in to sign paperwork and move into another 4 year lease on a new Honda. When I did come in Jason Brown changed his quote and said on a Honda Odyssey I would be paying 100 dollars more a month. He was unapologetic verbally abusive and very dismissive. After that experience I call the headquarters and put in a complaint about this manager and this dealership. A couple of days later I ended up leasing my very first Toyota Sienna and will never every use Metro Honda again. I will continue to spread the word through social media not to ever ever use Metro Honda so that no one ever has that terrible experience like i did. Jason Brown should be fired because I can't believe he treats customers like that. More

Excellent place to buy a car Never thought would ever walk to a car dealership and drive away in a new car the same day. I’m not that type of buyer. At the end, I felt I got what I wanted. I have to give Albie the credit. I walked away from so many deals before but he just made it easy even though my demands were high. Dealership is rude, unorganized & a waste of time. Worst dealership and car purchasing experience I've ever had. The manager Nick who is suppose to be a manager at the dealership is extremely rude and Worst dealership and car purchasing experience I've ever had. The manager Nick who is suppose to be a manager at the dealership is extremely rude and of no help. When I went to pick up the car the car wasn't ready. The car had not been cleaned. The salesperson stated it wasn't there fault that they do not take responsibility for the cleaning. As we continued through the process the same theme occurred where no one takes responsibility for any work. When we finished the deal they only gave us a single key. They stated we could come back a few days later and they would give us a key. We called a day ahead so they would be prepared. Of course they were not and we had to argue with the staff to get a simple key made. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
