I brought my car to have a tire changed at around 245PM on a friday and was being service by a Nicholas who worked in the service center. I was initially told that my car would be serviced but that there w on a friday and was being service by a Nicholas who worked in the service center. I was initially told that my car would be serviced but that there was a two hour wait which I said was fine and that i'd uber home in the meantime. Five uber's came and left because it took over an hour to get paperwork which Nicholas stated could only be done by someone named Brian who had not been made aware that a customer was waiting. As I then complained about waiting for an hour Nicholas said " i'll just get the paper for you" which he could have done from the beginning. When I requested to choose my tire that would be appropriate for my budget he told me I couldnt and said the one tire would be 337 dollars. He then said there were recalls on my car that needed attention and that I could pick up my vehicle saturday or monday. I was already bothered so I told him I only wanted the tire done and i'd take my car for further service to Hudson Honda where i've never had to deal with any issues. I asked once again for Brian because while gathering the documents for my car he stopped to speak with other customers and I was unnecessarily continuing to wait in the cold garage. He said if I wanted to speak with him I needed to wait so I went in to find a manager who was not on site and spoke with a gentleman from the sales dept who was a manager there and was aggressively followed by Nicholas who I did not want near or around me just so that he could listen to the conversation I had with the sales dept manager . I left Metro Honda around 415 and received a call at 630 from Brian who stated that the vehicle was ready early but that I needed to be there by 7pm to pick it up or I would have to wait until Saturday. So when I said it's not ready early he said Nichols turned in my paperwork at 5 pm and stated my car could be picked up saturday. Brian was a great help toward the end and waited for me to get there so that I could hve my car on time. I've always heard rumors about the service and manner at Metro Honda but gave them a chance anyway but not only do the employees lack customer service it is perfectly okay for them to be rude , disrespectful, lie , be aggressive and did I mention follow and harass you? More

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took down my review but this is still a continuing problem I don’t understand how a Honda dealership cannot fix my car they are a certified dealer that cannot fix review but this is still a continuing problem I don’t understand how a Honda dealership cannot fix my car they are a certified dealer that cannot fix a car I’ve went over 10 times for the same thing and still no result I specifically asked if they could drive my car and make sure for nothing because they said it was fixed and I get the car back to the same problem because of this problem I got into a car accident this was highly unprofessional of them and still no action has been taken to help with this problem I’ve reached out more than 10 times on 4/2/23 and still no word More
