Very worst customer service Purchased a used Nissan Sentra 2009 model car first which I had to return it in a month as it had starting problem even after they fixed it three time Purchased a used Nissan Sentra 2009 model car first which I had to return it in a month as it had starting problem even after they fixed it three times (I only drove it only twice during the time I had the car, from Metro Honda to home and back to Metro Honda). Metro Honda agreed to take back the care and to go for a different car. So went a new Honda Accord LX and the sale was completed. Note: My old care was taken as trade in not like replacement and adjusting the money. I lost $3000 in this trade (which were dealer chare, GAP coverage etc…). My worst experience was with the cancellation of extended warranty that I took for the Honda Car with Honda Car, which was handled by “Antonio Olivo”. The actual processing time by Honda Care to dispatch you check is only week from the date the filled form is submitted with odometer. I got my check only after 4 months after multiple followup and visit to Metro Honda. Antonio Olivo never returned any of my call. Was able to reach him after 10 days to get an update as I did not receive my check after one and half months from the date I submitted but he refused to give the contact details of the person who submits the filled form for me to get and update and he also cannot do anything as his work is also (fill the form and submit to her). Finally he agreed to get an update and requested me to call back at 2:00 PM and again was not able to reach him or any of the branch manager over call for the next 10 days. Finally when I got Antonio over call this was his response: Why do you keep filling my voice mail and don’t call me back again. You can speak with my manager. So he has intentionally avoided my call and delayed the process. This was the worst of all. For almost 2 and half months the form was not submitted and they did not listen to me when I checked with Honda Care and said that they have not received the form. Finally I got the cancellation form Honda Care representation and filled it and went to Metro Hond to get the odometer form so that I can submit myself (submission is very simple scan the filled form and email it). That when I believe actually they submitted the form and gave me copy of the submitted details. But again they made mistake, filled up different cancellation date which exceeded 60 days free cancellation limit instead of actual cancellation date that I clearly specified. Metro Honda deducted $240 instead of giving me the full payment, Which I informed to one the branch manager and they agreed to pay $240 but still I have not received the check from $240 and it has crossed 6 weeks. Again I have to go and check with them directly. Also they marked the check to be returned to the back instead of me, which I have filled correct selected in my form (selected the option to return to me). This again caused a delay of addition 3 weeks as the check was returned back to Hond Care by the back. I was not able to visit Metro Hond immediately as work hours are different. So my advise is to visit Metro Honda directly if your call is not returned in a day or so. More

I had done the research and contacted a number of dealerships and was prepared to visit many of them this weekend but I was incredibly lucky to walk in and be helped by Mike Booker. He is an amazing salesman. He knows his business and doesn't play around. He was fair and really friendly and explained everything. I have bought a number of cars over the years and this was the best sales experience I've ever had. No joke. See Mike Booker if you want a fair deal and someone who is just a pleasure to work with. I love my new Civic, got a good price for my trade-in, and I can recommend Mike and Metro Honda to everyone. I almost forgot to add that Madison Miranda was super helpful with the financial paperwork! More

We had done our used car research and know pretty much what we wanted and what to expect. We met this young man by the name of Nick Hardone by the door. We explained to him what we were looking for and ask about other options available. Nick was very warm, patience, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and showed us all that was available and within our budget. We also spoke to his manager, Sammy Farag, who was very helpful in going through the details of the various purchase options available to us. It was a Saturday and Metro Honda was very, very busy....... Nick answered all our questions very politely and patiently and stayed with us until we left........believe me, we had a lot of questions for him. Because of Nick and Sammy, we had a wonderful experience purchasing a Honda Accord and we would recommend them to anyone. DD More

I went to Metro Honda to lease my very first vehicle, after doing a little research I decided to make an appointment with Michael Booker based on his reviews. Leasing my first car was scary, and I did not want to feel pressured into anything I wasn't ready for, not only was Michael Booker charming and professional, he was very patient and understanding. He worked with my budget and he made not only me, but my son and mom feel very comfortable. He took his time going over everything with me and even stayed longer than he had to just to make sure I was leaving out of Metro Honda satisfied. Everything was easy and fast. Customer Service SUCKS! I went to the Honda Dealer on route 440 in Jersey City, NJ with my mother and sister and we were looking for a car for my nephew. I will tell you that I went to the Honda Dealer on route 440 in Jersey City, NJ with my mother and sister and we were looking for a car for my nephew. I will tell you that all these people cared about was getting a sale, their customer service was very poor. While we were there the salesperson name Mike took us to the lot for used cars, along the way I fell in a hole in the street and busted up my knew. He came and said Oh Wow let me take you back to the office and get a bandage. As he walked in front of me and got to the office I was limping behind when I got inside I sat in a chair waiting for him, NOT one person asked me if I was ok. It took him about 5 minutes to find a bandage when he came back he gave them to me and then asked my sister to go back to the lot to look for cars. I told him can I have water and paper towels to clean my knee which was bleeding, so he was like Oh Ok, then left and came back about 10 minutes later. Really how much time does one person need to get water for a person who clearly is in pain, he came back gave me the water and asked my sister again lets go to the lot, my sister said hold on we have to patch her up, so my sister cleaned my knee and put the bandage on and then I told her go look at the car and I will sit here. When my mother and sister got back I asked where is the guy Mike and they said well he showed us the car and then said ok that’s it and stayed at the lot and said good bye to them so my sister and mother walked back by themselves. They got inside and said let’s go we are not buying anything here, the customer service here sucks. While in the car another salesperson was asking my sister about her car that she was driving and she asked him is he the manager, and he said yes. Then she told him that I fell and he was like what happened and we told him that while walking to the lot I fell in the hole in the street. He said to us well customers should not be going there by themselves and we told him we were not by ourselves that Mike had taken us there and then he said well what are you going to do about it! What nerve that guy had, I told him well at the moment I am sitting here and trying to make sure my leg is lifted so it does not hurt. That was it he told my sister well if you need anything let me know and she told him well we are not buying from you guys your customer service sucks and my sister was hurt and no one even asked if I was OK. These people don’t care about their customers they only care if you put money in their pockets when we left there we went to JC Auction and Chris Curiel the salesmen helped my sister find a car. He was patient as he dealt with 3 women looking at car after car and as we was walking through the lot he kept an eye on me and I was limping along he did not want me to get fall again. As we past holes in the ground he made sure he was there and told me about it. My sister found a car and she bought it and took it home that day, needless to say I will be going back to buy my car from him. JC Auction has the best people working for them! More
