Absolute horror scene! !!! Waited almost an hour to be “checked in” for a recall appointment while employees had personal conversations with a line of 15+ people. ZERO SENSE !!! Waited almost an hour to be “checked in” for a recall appointment while employees had personal conversations with a line of 15+ people. ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY! Didn’t even receive a call that my car was ready for pick up after 6+ hours, I had to contact them on a status update. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! That said, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALLLL COST! More
