Stay away from this place! !!! My worst experience ever!!! Come here at your own risk if you don't value your time or money. I made an appointment for my test drive. They made !!! My worst experience ever!!! Come here at your own risk if you don't value your time or money. I made an appointment for my test drive. They made me wait for like an hour. What's the point of an appointment when they can't follow the schedule. When I was about to leave, their salesman came out and started telling how busy they're and continued explaining about a special deal. I told him I need a black Honda Pilot EX-L 8 seater version (bench seat in 2nd row). He showed me if I'm interested to see the 7 seater version in black color. I specifically told him that I'm not interested in the 7 seater. He said he's going to place an order as they don't have it with them (Black & 8 seater version). He also said I can back out of the deal in 3 days if I don't like it. The paper for financing started and it took like 4 hours for everything to finish. I felt the salesman was deliberately delaying things. All of a sudden he brought a black Honda pilot and parked it outside. Their website showed a 8 seater version in Silver color. When asked about this he said they made a mistake in their website about the color. I did not get a test drive as well. When asked about it he would not let me test drive without a car insurance (what was that about!! I have been to other dealerships and they never asked me car insurance for test drive). Almost everyone left the dealership except me. After the down payment was done, the dealer gave me one key. When asked about the second key, he said he don't have it at the moment and will give me in few days (It's been a month and I didn't get the second key yet). When I looked at the vehicle it's the 7 seater!!!! The salesman told me he can arrange for the middle seat in the second row. I told the him I could not take the vehicle and left it in a parking lot next to the dealership. I found out that night the version he gave me was indeed the 7 seater and not what he claims. Either he don't have any knowledge about the car he sold or he's deliberately doing these on purpose to scam me. I have been visiting the dealership whenever I get time to get the 8 seater version, they are not properly answering my questions. At this point I feel like they're cheating. I was told I could trade in the vehicle for the 8 seater but I would loose like $10,000. Did I even asked for the 7 seater??? It's not about helping the customer, more like they're helping themselves. I wanted the 8 seater for my newborn as it's safer to use the middle seat in the second row accompanied by adults next to the newborn. Now I'm left with a car I specifically said "No" to. I was checking this with other salesman/saleswoman in the dealership about this. Everyone I talked to said the salesman should never have sold me this. Regret coming here, wasted my time here, more importantly getting scammed. More
