Good Service Customer Service (Professionalism) was very good. However I had only asked just for the brakes to be looked at (& anything that may relate). There was a transmission service that I did not ask for and do not remember anyone saying I needed it. I also requested to have the TPMS checked because the yellow "TPMS" was lit up. When I came and picked up my car, and as I was leaving, I noticed it was still lit up. On the paper work, it allegedly shows that it was checked and that is was ok. If it's ok, then why is it still lit up? No explanation. More

CRV that i bought was good...but bad customer care Took about 5.5 hours to close the deal. The dealer made me very unhappy every moment. Shortly: 1. I had preapproved loan from bank of america but the dealer initially said i have to buy with their finance only and after 6 payments i can switch to BOA. When i said im not buying this then they dame down and ok for BOA 3. I was forced to buy either car alarm activation or GAP insurance when i didnt want either 4. The GAP insurqnce price was informed to me only at the end i.e after signing the papers almost. It was a waste of 5 hours already 5. During the deal talk i noticed another vehicle that was better than i bought that i wanted to switch. The person first said ok, went inside and then said the price listed at internet was wrong. i didnt believe that. More
