This is a VIOLATION of State Statues Section 11713.1. Unlawful Acts by Holder of Dealer’s License (e) Fail to sell a vehicle to a person at the advertised total price, exclusive of taxes, vehicle registration fees, the California tire fee, the fee charged by the state for the issuance of a certificate of compliance or noncompliance pursuant to a statute, and finance charges. These people are out of their mind. On Saturday 03/16/24 we purchased a 2021 Honda Civic from salesman Andres Miramontes and his Sales Manager Arman Kocharyan. After we signed and purchased the car the service people took the car back to wash it and put gas in it. When it was returned it to us it had a huge huge crack across the front of windshield. Now Metro Honda sales people are trying to rip us off and give us an "Aftermarket" windshield with "NO" tint across the top. They are using the excuse that it a "Used Car". This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Today I spoke to another sales manager named, Armando Monsolve who tried to lie to me by asking me how I knew it was going to be replaced with an aftermarket to which I replied his salesman Andres told me that they were going to do that regardless what I wanted. . We were also promised a 2nd key at "Cost" which is $141.41 and now they are trying to charge us $315.00 for key and to program it. Don't trust these sales people and buy anything from them. Go to a different Honda Dealer. They need to honor their promises and keep their customers happy. More

Was looking for a crv and noticed they had one that fit my price range. Went in after work and spoke with salesmen, great guy but started telling me how they have add ons to all cars and the price advertis my price range. Car Went from 26k yo 33k all in, sales manager made it seem like its normal and i was crazy for expecting to find that kind of car in my price range. I had to go back and get the issue check again, Idk how they have all this positive review I thing all those review are paid review which goes to show you what they are as a dealership and service. really horrible and I never coming back, don't waste your time. Replay to the owner. No I wasn’t out of warranty. I made sure to make my appointment before my warranty is expired and Michelle cared more about selling me packages than fixing my car. I recently took my father's vehicle due to transmission problems on a 2019 Honda pilot. Service did a transmission flush. The car continued and continues to have problems. I took the vehicle once again and service advisor Israel Granados suggested I do another transmission flush which cost over $300 and said the first flush wasn't the correct one. I said I was quoted over the phone $129 which I called in front of him and he still denied it. Remember guys service advisor and sales agents work on commission. I asked to speak to the manager and then Gary Hidalgo came and said he was the director. Which he is not! Tony Maldonado is the Director. Gary was very rude and disrespectful. These guys just want your money so becareful. They work on commission and expect an excellent survey.That's why they bribe you with a free car wash and remind you on the survey for excellent service. They refused to diagnose the vehicle once again when the vehicle is still under warranty. In the past I would bring my vehicles here, but not anymore. I contacted Honda Corporation regarding this problem and the transmission problems with these vehicles. Remember speak up and if nothing is done contact a lemon law lawyer. Always keep records. More

It's been 45 days and Honda has not paid our bank off for the car we traded in. And they sold the car. Our bank has been taking money from our account paying for the car that we traded in.
