I already explained this in a survey. I had car looked at. Needed to order a part. Month later I called to see if it was in. Service said they had no record but I should just wait for a call. I didn't think that seemed right so asked for a supervisor. In fact my part WAS in but nobody called. Made an appt. Brought my vehicle in on time first thing in the am. End of day no call so I called and was told it wasn't done. Said I needed my vehicle by noon next day. I was asked if I planned to wait for the car (it was NOT major) so never thought it would take 2 day! If so I should've been notified. Next day I called 2 times and both times told they don't know the status. Finally came around 1pm because I needed my vehicle. Was told it was 'done' but no paperwork was complete and the mechanic was not able to speak to me. I never received paperwork and have no idea if the part was actually ever installed or not. Odd experience and my service advisor was very abrupt and not helpful More
Service center is really good. I am very satisfied with the service. But something about Ford sales: I am kind of disappointed with getting new Ford vehicle - when I built 2024 E I am very satisfied with the service. So I built 2024 Explorer online - even left a good faith deposit , just to learn Ford just stopped taking orders for 2024 models. And there are no incentives available (yet?) for repeating costumers. Feels unfair. More
Although it is hard to get an appointment in a timely manner, and they are not the fastest, they are friendly and reasonably priced. I was very happy with everything but when I got my carfax it indicated that my brakes were overdue for inspection, which I thought would have been done before I picked the truck up. I called the salesman an it indicated that my brakes were overdue for inspection, which I thought would have been done before I picked the truck up. I called the salesman and said that he was sure it was done, I told him that I want the carfax to reflect that, he said it was no big deal. I still want the carfax to reflect that the brakes were inspected. Please check and see if my brakes were inspected before I picked up the truck and have the carfax reflect that. More
