Buy my car back, please, so I can have my life back! I bought it brand new from your dealership. I called that number and it's the main number, which I've called many times before but no one with any authority will speak with me. My car is still sitting at your dealership and nobody tells me anything. I have to call and leave messages. Once in a while I'll get an update, which is usually that they have no idea how long it will take to get parts. This is the 4th time I've sent it back. The reason it's there isn't even for the reason I brought it to you in the first place. My Escape is now leaking oil after an engine replacement due to a recall. Apparently, there's a major issue with Escape engines. When I got it back this last time, there was a bolt missing, one halfway unscrewed, and wiring flapping loose around the fan. Please help!
