After calling the closest Ford dealer, I was told that there were no service departments open on Saturdays and it would be Monday before anyone could After calling the closest Ford dealer, I was told that there were no service departments open on Saturdays and it would be Monday before anyone could get to it. I located Metro Ford and chose to have it towed there since it was closest to my final destination. When my daughter and I arrived, two salesmen were still there at 9:30 p.m., Josh and Jerrod. They were genuinely concerned about our situation. They provided us with a loaner to drive, took down my information and notified the service manager ahead of time for a service call on Saturday morning. Chad in service took excellent care of us and kept me posted throughout the morning. The truck was repaired by noon and my daughter and I made it safely back to Alabama. These guys know customer service! Matt Azcueta should be very proud to have such a great team of folks working with him! More
