Laughable Service Department Find a better option, this place is awful. Went in for an oil change on a newish F150, no history of problems whatsoever. During their review, they de Find a better option, this place is awful. Went in for an oil change on a newish F150, no history of problems whatsoever. During their review, they determined that "it has a leak in the system, but we can fix it under warranty". I would know if it had a leak (no leak), but I thought "whatever - they are scamming Ford, not me". Takes 2 days to "fix", i drive out and - you guessed it - NOW it DOES have an oil leak. So I took it back in. Their genius service guys say "can't find a leak", even though I'm adamant that it's leaking 2-3 ounces every time I stop. After 2 days of failing to find the leak, i drive it home - and the check engine light comes on because of....low oil pressure. So they go in and fix this leak (another 4 days). A couple days later, it develops a horrible knocking sound. After taking it back in, they determine that the spark plugs are blown, and they'll have to replace the fittings to - because they seem damaged (wow, I wonder why?). Bottom line - I spent $1500 and 11 days in the shop, so that their service department could ruin the engine on a 2 year old truck. More

Front Marker Light Robert at Metro Ford is great! They forgot to change my front marker light during my last oil change. I gave an excellent review but noted about my ma Robert at Metro Ford is great! They forgot to change my front marker light during my last oil change. I gave an excellent review but noted about my marker. Robert called me within a week and asked me to bring in my car I told him I will see. Two days latter Robert called me again and asked me to bring in my car again,so I told him OK I will bring it in Saturday. I brought in my car, after an hour the technician drove in my car back to the service center, the service manager looked at my light and had the technician drive it back to get worked on. At that time I did not know the technician told the service manager that they would have to remove my front bumper to change the marker light and because of Robert's note the service manager said change it. I can not tell you how impressed I am with Metro Ford service department. They are truly service oriented company wanting to make sure their customers are satisfied with their work. THANK YOU!! More

Poor service after the sale Get the best deal you can that doesn’t include some kind of “free” service later. Once they make the sale, they don’t care about you. Free tires and o Get the best deal you can that doesn’t include some kind of “free” service later. Once they make the sale, they don’t care about you. Free tires and oil changes “for life”--AKA--for as little time as they can get away with. While this is the third dealer in this location in the last five years (Heads up!), they supposedly still honor the contracts from the previous dealers. After driving well over an hour to an appointment, they stated that $600 worth of work (flushes, etc.) had to be done on a truck with 30,000 miles to keep the "free" oil changes. In addition, the original, now unsafe, weather-checked tires were not covered because they still had tread. (1) They should tell their customer while they have her on the phone that the oil change cost will be substantially higher than usual, (2) oil changes were never really free as they always cost over $20 after the fees were added in, and (3) you will never get one set of new tires out of them before your old ones are too dangerous to drive on. You’ve been warned! More
