Simple oil change -TeRriBle. Don’t go here. I called the dealership on Tuesday and set an appointment for Thursday morning at 7:15am. I needed an oil change, tire rotation and any recalls addressed. I also mentioned the transmission was shifting rough. THEY KEPT MY VEHICLE FOR TWO DAYS AND DID NOTHING! The only thing that was done in those two days was put miles on it, damaged the rear wheel and gave me the run around. Unbelievable!! Total incompetence. I was seriously in disbelief when I finally arrived Friday night before closing and they couldn’t find my vehicle. Luckily Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon got me in on Saturday morning and had it completed by 11am. Go there! The other thing that bothers me is the service manager didn’t even reach out to me. The service advisor took pictures of my wheel damage and haven’t heard a word from anyone. Never again. More

Didn’t get it right the first time My wife brought in her 2017 explorer because the lane assist wasn’t working. The part they replaced and charged is for didn’t fix the problem and she My wife brought in her 2017 explorer because the lane assist wasn’t working. The part they replaced and charged is for didn’t fix the problem and she was forced to bring it back a second day. She was told it would only take 2 hours to replace the part, at the 3 hour mark of her waiting at the dealership they finally lent her a car while they worked on hers. At the 8 hour mark they finally called her and said it was done. Standard work really needs to be done so customers know how long their service will take. More

He informs me by text to contact them, and calls to verify their recommendations for repair. He gives me the price, and calls when service is complete. On the other hand, the Ford dealer where I bought my C-Max took ten working days to change a thermostat under warranty, and informed me that the mechanic assigned to my car had a backup of ten vehicles and he couldn't get to mine for a week and a half. That is why I chose Metro Ford, and am happy with my choice. More
Inaccurate Diagnosis I went in to have the oil changed, tires rotated and a diagnostic test run on the Check Engine Light. They came back with two parts to be replaced, p I went in to have the oil changed, tires rotated and a diagnostic test run on the Check Engine Light. They came back with two parts to be replaced, parts and labor were around $1000. The service representative made this fix feel like an immediate need for my car to operate without failure, but in fact, the car was fine. I had a second opinion from a local mechanic, Cherokee Hill Auto, who charged less than half the price for the diagnostic test, did not find the same issue as Metro Ford, reconnected the vacuum hose and replaced a sensor for about $200. Will not return to Metro Ford for any further Auto Service. More
