Don’t take your car here it might be gone when you pick it u If I could give no stars I would...I had my vehicle at Metro ford for a transmission issue. They had it for 7 days in their lot. I got a call that my car was stolen out of their lot. About 2 hours later I was told it was recovered with significant front end damage and Metro ford was not taking responsibility. They couldn't get rid of me faster, as soon as the car was found the service manager went to my place of work returned my car key and said they were not responsible for any damage. On top of all this I had a rental car from them while my car was in for service. In the same conversation about them telling me they were not responsible for my car being stolen they wanted me to bring back my rental right away. That was my only vehicle. Never take your car here for service it’s liable to not be there when you go to pick it up. More
New battery on a Saturday I took my car in on Saturday afternoon, thinking it would be worked on Monday or Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when it was fixed and back home that I took my car in on Saturday afternoon, thinking it would be worked on Monday or Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when it was fixed and back home that afternoon! The guys did a great job after finding that my battery was in several inches of standing water! They drilled some h oles in the bottom of the battery compartment so if it happens again it will drain out on its own. More

Was in and out on Sat. I usually have to have my car serviced on Saturday due to work. I woke up later than usual and expected to be there for a few hours. When I pulled up I usually have to have my car serviced on Saturday due to work. I woke up later than usual and expected to be there for a few hours. When I pulled up I believe Jason stated were running a little behind its going to be a little over an hour. I was like Heck Yeah!! That's fine. A little while later he cam e out and said the next time you come in you need an A/C service. Your fine for now but giving you a Head's up. Didn't disappoint I believe it was barely over an hour. On a Saturday. Thank you. I gotta say the past couple time service was kinda jenky thanks for stepping up. More
Decent Service, just hope you don't get the new guy We took our Transit in to get serviced. The guy who waited on us did something that had not been done before. Usually, we go in and pass off the key, We took our Transit in to get serviced. The guy who waited on us did something that had not been done before. Usually, we go in and pass off the key, give any "problem items" and give information on how to contact us once they are through. We leave the van w/ them as we do not always make an appointment, so there might be a few vehicles in front of us. But the other day, we were asked to accompany the behind the counter guy to get odometer readings. Out of the ordinary, but we played along. We were asked what we were wanting done. And we told them, the normal service of the vehicle. We were then informed the service was (he thought...) was almost 3 times more than we previously paid. I quickly pointed this out and he said he would "write that down..." We left and then a few hours later, got a call that said it was finished. We went over to pick it up and we were asked , "how we would pay for the service. I told them they usually charge it to our parent office, which another tech quickly noted that was the normal process. But on a good note, it ended up being a lower cost than before. Bottom l;ine, you got a good service. But you need to educate your new counter people better to your processes and your individual customer needs. He really changed the whole perspective with his ideas of how you should do business. Maybe he was confused on what we were asking for....(which would have been real scary based on having 2 1/2 years of you servicing our vehicle...I would have thought that info would be readily available to your customer service...) But it was too big of a problem. Just a nuisance to have to continually correct him about what service was being done and what was normally done by you guys. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it cost you a couple of stars on the review, More

The only thing that didn't happen, which is no problem, was that I was given a list of "recommendations". Maybe my vehicle didn't need any but that was the first time that had every happened.
