Great Service. Every time I go their service is better than I stopped going to Metro Ford a few years back because it was far from my house, I would pass 1 or 2 Ford dealers to get here. I tried each of the oth I stopped going to Metro Ford a few years back because it was far from my house, I would pass 1 or 2 Ford dealers to get here. I tried each of the other dealers in town, since they were closer....I regret every minute that I wasted at each different place. When I finally bit the bullet and drove further back to Metro I remembered how satisfying it was to be back here. I wished I would have never turned my back and tried other places. It would have saved me time, money, stress and headaches. This is now my home dealer. More

Redeemed but not a five-star rating for customer service. Brought in my 2017 GT Mustang for service. Was completely dead and had to tow in. I was without my vehicle for exactly two weeks with a dead battery t Brought in my 2017 GT Mustang for service. Was completely dead and had to tow in. I was without my vehicle for exactly two weeks with a dead battery that was under warranty. To get any information on my vehicle I had to call and check the status every other day as I was without a vehicle and was told a courtesy vehicle wasn't available and wouldn't be available as I was 8th in line. After a call that ended with my expressed dissatisfaction, did I start to finally get an update and quicker service. The only reason I am giving a 4 and not a 3-star rating is I got my car back with a free oil change and tank of gas for the long wait time. Overall I am satisfied with the service of my car, but the lack of customer service upfront needs to be improved. More

Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Air Filter I don't remember the gentlemans name, but he was very helpful & friendly! He came in the waiting room to check with me about replacing the air filter I don't remember the gentlemans name, but he was very helpful & friendly! He came in the waiting room to check with me about replacing the air filter & including an engin conditioner. I really appreciated that alot. The last time I had something checked, I paid $125 for them to tell me that I needed a $1200 repair. It would have been better if they had told me about that before the fact. This experience was much better! Thank you! More
