Redeemed but not a five-star rating for customer service. Brought in my 2017 GT Mustang for service. Was completely dead and had to tow in. I was without my vehicle for exactly two weeks with a dead battery that was under warranty. To get any information on my vehicle I had to call and check the status every other day as I was without a vehicle and was told a courtesy vehicle wasn't available and wouldn't be available as I was 8th in line. After a call that ended with my expressed dissatisfaction, did I start to finally get an update and quicker service. The only reason I am giving a 4 and not a 3-star rating is I got my car back with a free oil change and tank of gas for the long wait time. Overall I am satisfied with the service of my car, but the lack of customer service upfront needs to be improved. More
My experience was friendly fast, and great customer service I came in for my oil change as I do each time it is due. The people were great and made sure my car was serviced properly. Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Air Filter I don't remember the gentlemans name, but he was very helpful & friendly! He came in the waiting room to check with me about replacing the air filter I don't remember the gentlemans name, but he was very helpful & friendly! He came in the waiting room to check with me about replacing the air filter & including an engin conditioner. I really appreciated that alot. The last time I had something checked, I paid $125 for them to tell me that I needed a $1200 repair. It would have been better if they had told me about that before the fact. This experience was much better! Thank you! More

Connor Nailed It From the moment arrived to when I left, Connor Farnham was on point. I have had very inconsistent service from this location throughout the years (and different owners). I think this might go down as the best experience yet. Granted, it was just a basic oil change, but Connor nailed it. Hopefully, this level of service remains consistent. More

Poor scheduling On 7-15-19 I made an appointment for recall notice 19S17. The appointment was for 7-22-19 at 7:00am. I was at Metro Ford at 6:55am on 7-22-19. I was told it would take until mid afternoon to complete the repair. At 1:51pm I was contacted by Conner that my Explorer would not be ready until around 5:00pm. At 4:48 pm I was contacted by Conner informing me that my SUV would not be repaired today but they would get to it first thing the next day. I was contacted by Conner, 7-23-19 at 9:51am, that my SUV was repaired and ready to be picked up. Apparently making an appointment a week ahead of time and showing up on time means nothing. Apparently your service managers really have no idea when your vehicle will be ready. I believe they knew at 7:00am on 7-22-19 that they weren't going to service my vehicle that day. They could have contacted me and asked me to bring it in on 7-23-19. More
