It was so bad!!! The service department was to do oil change on my mustang!! They didn't put oil in my car so my engine blew 4 miles away, I'm extremely mad and upset. Last Time I Will Ever Be in Metro Ford I was told I had a bad a/c Compressor and all of my a/c lines had holes in them cost of $2,372 to repair. Great Service. Every time I go their service is better than I stopped going to Metro Ford a few years back because it was far from my house, I would pass 1 or 2 Ford dealers to get here. I tried each of the oth I stopped going to Metro Ford a few years back because it was far from my house, I would pass 1 or 2 Ford dealers to get here. I tried each of the other dealers in town, since they were closer....I regret every minute that I wasted at each different place. When I finally bit the bullet and drove further back to Metro I remembered how satisfying it was to be back here. I wished I would have never turned my back and tried other places. It would have saved me time, money, stress and headaches. This is now my home dealer. More
