Service Department It would be a difficult task for me to put in to words how amazing David is from the service department. I brought in a car, expecting some minor thin It would be a difficult task for me to put in to words how amazing David is from the service department. I brought in a car, expecting some minor things (oil change, spark plugs, etc..). However, it turned out my car was close to breaking down and needed extensive work. The thought of spending thousands of dollars on a painted chunk of metal with four wheels was quite vexing. Simply put, David was heroic in his effort to both save me money where he could as well as get my baby in the shop ASAP. My car was finished today and thus far, the mechanical work seems exemplary and my anger and frustration of dealing with a malfunctioning Mustang is over. Thank you Metro Ford and thank you David for putting up with me and my car. More

Oil change I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and Justin Payne was who checked me in and helped me. Perform the Works! I went in for the Works, oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection. They took my car on time of appointment. They came to explain they had problems starting the car and I needed a new battery. I agreed. They were extremely good keeping me informed of delays and issues during my stay. Only issue, as I drove off the lot my front tires were making a loud noise. I called immediately and took car back to dealership, only to find a nail with washer was in the front tire. How this happened? My tires were installed 3 weeks prior to service call and I now had to replace a tire. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. More
