quick response to my problem My touchscreen in my Explorer went out (after having the vehicle only 16 months). I was in a panic about what caused the problem. Service was done promptly. The service rep, i forgot her name, was superb. The only thing i didn't like, is rhat someone in the service department, took my Hibdon Tires oil change sticker off my windsheild name, was superb.
