I was told to come right on it; I sat in the service lounge for approximately an hour and a half while a programming update was completed. While I'm not thrilled about having something go wrong after such a short time, I am thrilled with the quick response and repair. More

Service was done promptly. The service rep, i forgot her name, was superb. The only thing i didn't like, is rhat someone in the service department, took my Hibdon Tires oil change sticker off my windsheild name, was superb. The only thing i didn't like, is rhat someone in the service department, took my Hibdon Tires oil change sticker off my windsheild, and replaced it with a metro ford sticker. I didnt even get an oil change there. That pissed me off. More
