They stepped up and fixed extra stuff. I love Metro Ford. They mentioned that I had a problem with "swollen lug nuts" that should be replaced. I looked it up online and found it to be a p I love Metro Ford. They mentioned that I had a problem with "swollen lug nuts" that should be replaced. I looked it up online and found it to be a pre-existing Ford problem. I asked them to cover it, and even though Ford corporate may not reimburse them, the service manager agreed to take care of it. That is what I call stepping up! Thanks again to Metro Ford. More

If I could give them zero stars I would. This place was terrible and will never go back. This is the third bad experience I’ve had with them. This last time cause $3k worth of body damage to my truck and t terrible and will never go back. This is the third bad experience I’ve had with them. This last time cause $3k worth of body damage to my truck and two months of my time. I was never contacted by management to resolve the issue nor do they act like they care. This dealership suffers from lack of leadership and training, not to mention supervision. More

The last time I was in there my paperwork said you rotated my tires. Why doesn’t car fax know you did that. Your customer service person said you did that every time I had an oil change. But car fax n rotated my tires. Why doesn’t car fax know you did that. Your customer service person said you did that every time I had an oil change. But car fax not knowing that they were rotated makes me wonder if they really were. Really can’t give a rating til I know and answer to my question. More
