Came in for a flat on Saturday, guy checked it. Left damaged tire there. Called saying I needed a new sensor as well. Fixed both. I asked if I could see the damaged parts, it was thrown away. Little more communication would’ve been nice. Also asked if they could put the jack and spare back like factory, they said they would but it didn’t happen. In this opportunity my experience wasn’t good. I went there to do an oil change, tires rotation and an air filter change. When I got there Courtney Lester meet me and I let her know I have oil change for there to do an oil change, tires rotation and an air filter change. When I got there Courtney Lester meet me and I let her know I have oil change for life because I bought my car last year. She agreed and accepted the car. When I went back to pick my car up I was being charged for the oil change. When I kindly ask for an explanation for the bill, Courtney with a rude attitude and withour her mask worn properly came to the counter and asked me what did I wanted to know. I explained and she took the bill to an office and asked for help loudly saying - I don't know why is he saying he has oil change for life. After 20 min correcting the bill, she apoligizes and tried to excuse herself saying it was her third day. I don't need to be working for years in a company to understand the hospitality necessary in the customer service deparment, to know the covid regulations during a pandemic and to ask for help when you obviously need it in the beggining of a new job. Even though the unprofessional way Courtney handle the problem, the cashier was very professional and kind. She detected how upset I was and how much I was waiting and she offered me coffee and small talk to calm me down. More
Bottom line: They sold me the truck I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. They followed up on the addition changes we discussed and got the finished product back to me quickly. It was not the service I had had before or expected this time. I will have to think about returning. brought the car in - with appointment - at 7:!5 am. It was not finished late afternoon and I mentioned that and was told - well it was a slammed day. My car was not a slammed issue and this did not apply to me!!!
