I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation with Justin. I was a little bit early, but they were ready for my truck. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. One of the worst customer support orgs. The service dept doesn’t give you status, you call, leave message, nobody calls and are unavailable following Jim, Mgr example. I had an appointment. 2 weeks ago to figure out problem that shouldn’t happen on a 2019 and another one yesterday to fix the problem, but since so many people without appointments came in my vehicle stayed overnight. You could have your service managers return phone calls. You could make sure my car is really fixed before I pick it up so I don't get 200 miles from home and have a problem. You could get my car repaired faster than 11 days or at least offer me a loaner and not give me a smart remark when I ask about it saying there is a one month waiting list for loaners. You could honor your commitment you made when you sold me the car telling me I had oil changes and tire replacement for life and then just deciding you would no longer honor that. This dealership is the worst. I will never buy a car there again and will warn everyone else against it, too. More

My truck had ~2800 miles on it, took it for the "royal treatment" based purely on time passed not miles as that wa FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! My truck had ~2800 miles on it, took it for the "royal treatment" based purely on time passed not miles as that was the THIRD oil change recommended. I picked the truck up, went about my daily business in the truck and parked it for the night. the next day there was a huge puddle of oil under the truck in my driveway. I checked the dipstick and oil was barely on the tip. I called the dealership, they sad no problem bring it in. I had to get a ride to the parts store spend 60 bucks on oil fill it up and take it in, get a ride to work etc. the service ticket says "tightened loose ford oil filter, check oil clean oil from pan and motor". They supposed gave me a new royal treatment program for my trouble, but I never got it in writing. I took the truck home and parked for a few weeks before needing I, (I have a company truck) I noticed a "miss/ vibration" in the motor that was not there before and thought it was strange but drove the truck. the next oil change, once again for time passed, not miles driven, I pointed out the miss/vibration. They checked it and I got "all Green" on my report. The recommended the B&G treatment to help "smooth it out" for 70 dollars, which I did. The miss is still there, at 5800 miles. I made a appointment, late for work again etc. they kept the truck for a week told me all green and to come pick it up, THE MISS IS STILL THERE! I drove the truck back to the dealership and was told to bring it in again. Back to late for work, missed hours cost etc. The kept if for another week, this time I drove by the lot and it was out in the OVERFLOW LOT! I just left the dealership again the miss is still there, the service manager, shop manager told me we would do a test against another comparable truck truck using a bottle of water to "see" the miss. It is QUITE obvious the surface tension of the water registers the miss. They pulled an old stripped down 2 wheel drive shop truck with 20K plus miles on it around and told me that it was even worse than mine. Mine is a 50K dollar 4 wheel drive FX. not a xxx shop truck! When I pointed it out to the shop manager he in a rude, demeaning, tone told me "that is all we have" I watched him pull the almost exact truck t mine up initially, back it out, and go get the xxx truck. I was told there was nothing they could do for me. That it was normal. I put every mile there is on my truck and know how smoothly it ran BEFORE they left the filter loose and caused this problem, I even caught myself trying to start it when it was already running. Cody and Melody both seemed genuinely concerned at "making things right" but this outcome is FAR, FAR, from right. This is my second purchase from tis dealership, and this is not the way you treat loyal customers after YOU make a mistake! I HAVE 5800 MILES ON A TRUCK THAT HAS INTERNAL DAMAGE THAT WAS CAUSED BY THIS DEALERSHIP THAT THEY WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE OR MAKE THINGS RIGHT!!! More
