came in few days ago needed my oil change and my tire patched, however ended up getting my coolant flushed as well, took them 4 hours to do 3 things. had faulty equipment and didn't bother to tell me til patched, however ended up getting my coolant flushed as well, took them 4 hours to do 3 things. had faulty equipment and didn't bother to tell me till it was time to attempt to patch my tire. i should've been told sooner that there was problems with the tire machine. I lost 4 hours in wages and i had to pay my baby sitter extra because i was at the dealership for 4 hours for 3 things. Courtney did her best to make sure i was in the loop but i feel like there was still miscommunication to me the customer. I will come back only for my free oil changes (which i paid for in a package deal so not free really) I don't plan on letting them work on anything since they take forever. P.s my tire went flat a day ago so they cause me even more headache, did not fix my problem. More

All the staff were polite and courteous. I got my airbag on the passenger side replaced and HCU on the brakes replaced. The staff recommended I get my points and boots replaced which I did. Kind of bad at listening. Then the awkward $274 mount and balance of a tire that costs on average $100 will only use for free oil changes going forward as it's the only value of dealing with the company st balance of a tire that costs on average $100 will only use for free oil changes going forward as it's the only value of dealing with the company still salty of the rainy day test drive where I couldn't see the chips in windshield the next day told them they said oh that's why the price break ... keep in mind it's high miles so no real break but less than one year into ownership that February freeze chips became a Crack so out that money of a whole new windshield 🤣🤣 this review is for the company overall not just per department More
