Do an over all pretty good job Seam to be knowledgeable and care about customers point of view. Did a great job doing warranty repair on our Expedition. I don’t see the name of the person who helped me on the survey but her name was Courtney and she was extremely helpful. I was in OKC on vacation and my Expedition died while I was driving it. I appreciate her efforts and the service department replaced the throttle body that same day ( and also changed my oil at a great price) and I was able to pick it up that afternoon. More
