Metro Ford reached out to me about a recall that was out on my transmission and offered to set up an appointment with a loaner truck to cover me for two days. Staff were courteous and had my truck back to m on my transmission and offered to set up an appointment with a loaner truck to cover me for two days. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. From the service department to the general managers. My brakes clearly needed servicing, and they wouldn’t even perform a diagnostic as they just kept saying my brake department to the general managers. My brakes clearly needed servicing, and they wouldn’t even perform a diagnostic as they just kept saying my brakes were fine. Try calling the general managers and they don’t even pick-up or return your call. They don’t put the customer first. They also claim to not know who the zone manager is, total circus they are running over there. Don’t recommend anyone to do business with them, EVER. More
