Staff was very friendly and courteous. My issue was I brought my truck in for an oil change as part of the free oil changes for life when I bought the truck. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change because brought my truck in for an oil change as part of the free oil changes for life when I bought the truck. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change because they didn’t have any Mobile1 oil in stock, despite me having an appointment and stating the oil I wanted at the time I made the appointment. That was frustrating because I had a busy schedule that day. If it wasn’t for that I would have given them 5 stars. More

Well, first they did extra services that I didn’t want or ask for. I have metro service agreement and they were only supposed to do what was covered by that. Then I had a recall on my Roush truck. I have owned multiple Roush vehicles and this dealership is just not up to par as say, five star Ford in Dallas. They made a copy first time I came in and told me we could get that fixed when I came in for my first oil change. Well when I came in the first person said no problem. When I picked up my truck they did stuff I didn’t ask for like a fuel treatment but didn’t fix the recall part. The lady that helped me at the end was very frustrated being this all just fell in her lap and she didn’t know what was going on. She made a copy and told me she would call me. It’s been two weeks now and I still haven’t heard back from her. This dealership and service dept has been a let down!!! More

I have used this service for 7 or 8 years. It is not as good as it once was. I am unhappy with the employees and the quality of the work. May not use again. Requires multiple phone calls to find out about your vehicle. The employee I dealt with this time was downright rude. I also suspect that my problem was as simple as adding some coolant, but ballooned into a much larger bill. More
