Went to get my truck serviced. After being called on saying my truck was done, the lady helping me directed me to the cashier which I proceeded to ask if they had military discount. She then sighed and saying my truck was done, the lady helping me directed me to the cashier which I proceeded to ask if they had military discount. She then sighed and told me that I should of told her that before she printed out the sheets. How was I suppose to know that? Once she printed out the summary report she came over to the cashier where I was and said “it’s fine, I don’t mind killing trees” and then walked away. Level of customer care was terrible, especially to military/veterans. Would never recommend any service members to buy or service their vehicle from Metro Ford OKC. More

Having had bad dealership experiences and knowing that this location, while under different ownership had had a particularly bad reputation, I was braced for the worst. I'm a huge fan of Ford cars and tr this location, while under different ownership had had a particularly bad reputation, I was braced for the worst. I'm a huge fan of Ford cars and trucks but this dealership had been horrible, prior to becoming Metro Ford. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and professional, the premises were clean and their operations processes were efficient. Specifically, I was surprised and pleased with the following: * They were able to work me in on short notice, without an appointment and complete what turned out to be a large job in a relatively short period of time. * One of my frustrations with dealerships has been that they present every problem with the car, in addition to the issue it was brought in for, which results in a sky-high repair bill. This approach is not compatible with my budget. However, in this case, while they did a complete inspection and presentation of issues, I welcomed the information because I'd recently bought it, used, and knew there would be some problems that I needed to know about. Because I had no prior knowledge of the car, this information was critically important. Also, in this case, my Service Advisor, Dustin Crank thoroughly explained the need for each repair and I agreed that they did all actually need to be addressed now. * The inspection and a serious recall issue were completed at no charge. * My service advisor kept me informed in a timely and thorough manner as to needed repairs, changes in recommendations and was accurate in his projection of time of completion. * The bill, while very high, was in keeping with my understanding of what I could reasonably expect to pay for such repairs. * Also, the bill did not include the ubiquitous diagnostic charges that most dealership charge just to look at the car. * As to the quality of work, only time will tell, but you inspire confidence and maybe even, my trust. My sincere thanks and appreciation for my Service Advisor, Dustin Crank, Shuttle Driver, Carlos and the entire staff. You guys are the best! See FoMoCo, this is how it's done! Your other dealerships could learn a lot from this one! More
