After bringing my truck in for a $3,000 1 week long repair I was kindly given a loaner. Several days after returning the loaner, I was charged two charges. $66 and $1 and when I text Denise about what repair I was kindly given a loaner. Several days after returning the loaner, I was charged two charges. $66 and $1 and when I text Denise about what the charges were for she informed me they were for fuel for the loaner. Not sure why I was charged two different charges and the fuel was at a third of a tank when I got the loaner so I was also over charged. I called and left a message for the service manager and got no response. I also asked for receipts since I have to reconcile my expenses with my company with itemized receipts. No response. I won't be going to Metro Ford anymore unfortunately. More
