I have used this service for 7 or 8 years. It is not as good as it once was. I am unhappy with the employees and the quality of the work. May not use again. I find them very difficult to communicate with. good as it once was. I am unhappy with the employees and the quality of the work. May not use again. I find them very difficult to communicate with. Requires multiple phone calls to find out about your vehicle. The employee I dealt with this time was downright rude. I also suspect that my problem was as simple as adding some coolant, but ballooned into a much larger bill. More
