I’m definitely not the “negative review” type consumer but some feedback in this case is warranted. Some of the frustrations are: - I bought the truck new and experienced a suspension popping noise which was pretty significant. - When the truck was due for its first oil change, I asked that the popping noise be diagnosed and fixed. - Truck was kept for 6 days - no loner vehicle available - Communication was sparse (I had to call for updates) - The answer was always “we hear the popping, but can’t figure out the source. We don’t know when it will be done. - finally on day 6, I HAD to have to have a vehicle so I came to get it. - oil was changed, but the truck was out of washer fluid following the service. Makes me question the thoroughness of the service. In general, I have a brand new pickup with a popping noise that Metro can’t fix, and with the headache of the service experience, I’d prefer to pay for an oil change rather than take advantage of the free for life program. More

They are my go to when I am in the city. I can’t tell if my steering wheel was aligned during THE WORKS appointment on my fusion, but it definitely pulled to the left a hairline and I pulled out of the deal my steering wheel was aligned during THE WORKS appointment on my fusion, but it definitely pulled to the left a hairline and I pulled out of the dealership within one hour after maintenance along with a straight steering wheel. I do wish after tax quotes are given instead of pre-tax and labor add on, even if it’s a rough estimate. The people there are nice and work to bring a smile to you. More
