Cecily and the service team were great and kept me informed while my truck was serviced. This may be the first dealership that actually took the time to reset the auto reminders for service. Went to get my truck serviced. After being called on saying my truck was done, the lady helping me directed me to the cashier which I proceeded to ask if they had military discount. She then sighed and saying my truck was done, the lady helping me directed me to the cashier which I proceeded to ask if they had military discount. She then sighed and told me that I should of told her that before she printed out the sheets. How was I suppose to know that? Once she printed out the summary report she came over to the cashier where I was and said “it’s fine, I don’t mind killing trees” and then walked away. Level of customer care was terrible, especially to military/veterans. Would never recommend any service members to buy or service their vehicle from Metro Ford OKC. More

Fantastic service!
