The sales experience at Metro was great but the service The sales experience at Metro was great but the service experience was not. I’m definitely not the “negative review” type consumer but some feedback The sales experience at Metro was great but the service experience was not. I’m definitely not the “negative review” type consumer but some feedback in this case is warranted. Some of the frustrations are: - I bought the truck new and experienced a suspension popping noise which was pretty significant. - When the truck was due for its first oil change, I asked that the popping noise be diagnosed and fixed. - Truck was kept for 6 days - no loner vehicle available - Communication was sparse (I had to call for updates) - The answer was always “we hear the popping, but can’t figure out the source. We don’t know when it will be done. - finally on day 6, I HAD to have to have a vehicle so I came to get it. - oil was changed, but the truck was out of washer fluid following the service. Makes me question the thoroughness of the service. In general, I have a brand new pickup with a popping noise that Metro can’t fix, and with the headache of the service experience, I’d prefer to pay for an oil change rather than take advantage of the free for life program.
