Metro Ford of OKC - Service Center

I would rate Metro Ford OKC at zero stars but that's not available. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I've asked to talk to management and no one will talk to me. No Quality Assu available. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I've asked to talk to management and no one will talk to me. No Quality Assurance at all! My car will be returned for the 4th time because it's worse than before and now missing parts that were on it when I took it in initially and now leaking oil all over the ground! I have been without a car for 7 months already and lost $4k in value during this time. My family has owned over 50 Ford products. I will never buy another one! I will tell everyone I know and maybe they can avoid my experience. More
